This event is designed as an intentional pause. A space to reflect on what you may be ready to release. That could be something meaningful and deep, or something simple and day-to-day.

Examples might include:

habits you no longer feel aligned with

patterns of negative or unhelpful thinking

routines that no longer support you

relationships that feel complete

or simply the need to step away from the noise and spend two quiet hours with yourself

There’s no pressure to arrive with a clear intention, sometimes the intention is simply rest.

We’ll begin by gently setting intentions for our time together. From there, we’ll move into a slow, accessible yoga practice designed to help you drop out of your mind and into your body, allowing your intention to be felt rather than overthought.

After savasana, we’ll transition seamlessly into a sound bath meditation, where calming sounds and vibrations invite deep relaxation and rest.

We’ll close the evening with a oracle card reading. Each participant will pull a card, and I’ll share its message with you. Sharing with the group is always optional. You’re welcome to simply listen and reflect quietly.

This experience is meant to feel supportive, grounding, and spacious. A gentle way to release what no longer serves you and create room for what’s next.
