This transformative workshop explores the art of release through simple energy techniques. The experience culminates in a restorative sound healing journey designed to support releasing, as well as nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and the rewriting of limiting patterns. This immersive workshop begins with Teresa who will teach you simple energy medicine techniques, with a focus on the metal element, to help release what is old and heavy (or no longer serving your life) so your energies can circulate more freely. The workshop will gently transition into a sound bath meditation led by Sarah. Sarah will guide the journey with a variety of meditative instruments, creating space to release stagnant patterns that no longer serve your path. This immersive experience fosters clarity, inner strength, and harmony. You will leave feeling grounded, renewed, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

patterns of negative or unhelpful thinking

After savasana, we’ll transition seamlessly into a sound bath meditation, where calming sounds and vibrations invite deep relaxation and rest.

Celebrate Earth Month with Eco-Chic Creations! This inspiring class for kids combines mindful yoga with eco-friendly crafting. Children will honor our planet by practicing nature-inspired poses and transforming everyday items into beautiful, upcycled creations.

Nature-Inspired Yoga Flow:

Kids will connect with the Earth through eco-friendly poses:

• 🌍 Mountain Pose: Stand tall and grounded like a majestic mountain.

• 🐸 Frog Pose: Hop into energy and celebrate nature’s playful spirit.

Upcycle & Create:

After yoga, kids will repurpose tin cans into charming crafts:

• ♻️ Bird Feeders or Pencil Jars: Transform recycled items into practical, creative art.

• 🎨 Eco-Friendly Fun: Learn about recycling and reusing while making something beautiful.
