Yoga for Dancers (Ages 10 to 17)

Come join us for a fun and energizing yoga session designed specifically for dancers! This in-person event will take place at Abundant Space, where we will focus on improving body awareness, mindfulness, and ways to enhance your dance performance. This class is perfect for dancers aged 10-17 who are looking to find ways to cross-train and elevate their craft. All levels are welcome. Claire Fabre will be leading the session as a vinyasa flow style yoga class, with a strong focus on alignment and muscle engagement cues.

NOTE: Photography & video will be taking place throughout the class. Please make sure you are comfortable with your dancer being posted on social media.

Claire is a full time dance photographer, previous competition dancer, and current 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainee, who will have her certification by November. She became certified to teach kids yoga earlier this year and has taught many kids yoga classes in elementary schools in the Valley. Claire is passionate about guiding young dancers to feel confident and capable within themselves.

As the moon renews itself in Capricorn, we gather with grounded intention — focusing not on what we are trying to do, but on how we are choosing to show up. Capricorn supports discipline, devotion, and sustainable structure. In this space, we plant seeds gently — through daily rituals, intentional routines, and conscious commitments to ourselves.

Through sound, stillness, and guided reflection, we will attune to what needs strengthening, stabilizing, or protecting in our internal universe during this winter season. This circle is a space to pause and acknowledge what has carried you here. We will begin by honoring our wins from the past month & year by choosing one word to represent what you are ready to celebrate and release with gratitude.

From there, Rayn, founder of Lymph Rehab, will guide a self manual lymphatic drainage practice designed to bring subtle movement into the body, support the nervous system, and create openness for receiving. This portion is slow, accessible, and deeply supportive, allowing the body to soften and settle before we move into visioning.

Once the body is open, we will turn inward through journaling and quiet reflection, giving space to what you truly envision for 2026. You will be guided to sit with your intentions, listen deeply, and allow clarity to emerge without force.

To close the magical evening, Lighthouse Shaman Dany will lead a guided dream meditation, helping you anchor your vision into your subconscious and plant it gently into the year ahead.

This gathering is for anyone craving intentional space, meaningful connection, and a softer way to dream forward.

This transformative workshop explores the art of release through simple energy techniques. The experience culminates in a restorative sound healing journey designed to support releasing, as well as nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and the rewriting of limiting patterns. This immersive workshop begins with Teresa who will teach you simple energy medicine techniques, with a focus on the metal element, to help release what is old and heavy (or no longer serving your life) so your energies can circulate more freely. The workshop will gently transition into a sound bath meditation led by Sarah. Sarah will guide the journey with a variety of meditative instruments, creating space to release stagnant patterns that no longer serve your path. This immersive experience fosters clarity, inner strength, and harmony. You will leave feeling grounded, renewed, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

All props will be provided. Each person will be offered a yoga mat, bolster, blanket, head and eye pillow. Please bring your own water. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.

In this sacred space, you'll learn the ancestral history and healing benefits of pelvic steaming, then sink into a 10-minute guided herbal steam accompanied by meditation and sound therapy. Embrace the festive season with Holiday Cheer! This joyful class combines winter-themed yoga with creative crafting, as kids celebrate the holidays by making beautiful print cards to share with loved ones or donate to brighten someone’s day.

Festive Yoga Flow:

Kids will move through winter-inspired poses that build strength and joy:

  • ❄️ Snowflake Pose: Flow into movements as unique as a snowflake.

  • ⭐ Star Pose: Shine bright with every stretch and smile.

Create Your Holiday Print Cards:

After yoga, children will design and craft their very own holiday cards using stamps and prints:

  • 🎄 Design with Delight: Create festive patterns and cheerful designs.

  • 💌 Share the Joy: Take home a set of cards to gift or donate and spread holiday cheer.
