Join us for a heart healing journey designed to gently guide you back to your center. We'll begin with a soothing sound bath to calm the nervous system and open the energetic heart space. From there, I'll lead you into a nurturing hypnotherapy session to release emotional blocks and invite in love, forgiveness, and wholeness. We'll close our sacred time together with a heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao, allowing the medicine to integrate and ground all that was awakened.
