The session is designed to build confidence, focus, and flexibility while inspiring a love of adventure.
Brave Explorer Yoga:
Kids will channel their inner adventurers with dynamic poses:
🌿 Boat Pose: Balance like you’re setting sail on a grand voyage.
🗻 Warrior Pose: Stand strong and ready for any challenge.
✈️ Airplane Pose: Soar high as they take flight on new adventures.
Design Your Adventure Scrapbook:
After yoga, the creative fun continues as kids design and decorate their very own adventure scrapbook:
📖 Personalize the Cover: Use stickers, drawings, and fun embellishments.
🎨 Create Colorful Pages: Add space for drawings, collages, or written memories.
🌟 Add Special Touches: Include maps, stamps, or inspirational travel quotes.
