Yoga Nidra with Sacred Sounds

Bliss for your Brain. Yoga Nidra is an ancient, intention-based meditation technique that allows us to access the subtle energy body relative to deeper brainwave states such as Gamma, Theta, and Delta. In this deeper state of consciousness we allow the natural healing process of the body to take place. Yoga Nidra is excellent for those seeking to relax, restore and rejuvenate physically, mentally, and emotionally. Studies have shown that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep.

Sacred Sounds that may accompany this practice include the use of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drums and/or other gentle sound healing instruments. These vibrations assist the student in reaching a state of bliss and restoration.

Please bring mat, blanket and pillows, for ultimate comfort!!
