We will start the evening with drum smudging to clear the energies. Then opening up the space for some intuitive self love messages and card pulls. We will then be led into some heart chakra breathwork. Followed by intention setting to activate more self love into our lives. Next we'll begin the sacred sound journey using drums, gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and much more. Astaria will also be doing individual energy work on everyone during the sound journey. We will then close the space with an integration circle.
