On the first eve of this year’s Winter Equinox, we welcome you to join in for this experiential workshop of discovering what is shadow work & how we can use it to help us live & lead a more fulfilling life. Lighthouse Shaman Dany invites you to come as you are & learn more about yourself as we lean into understand how light & shadow embrace the dance that helps our lives feel balanced as we grow deeper into the self-reflective journey within. We will also have TC soothing our souls (and our shadows) in a deeply relaxing & meditative Sound Bath Experience. Journals are encouraged & anything else needed for your added comfort.
