IGNITE the class is an energetically charged hybrid dance fusion, HIIT and Vinyasa as the soul of this practice. It invites you to feel empowered, primal and sensual as you ascend to your highest vibrations as we move through each Chakra with intentional movements such as primordial ecstatic dance, sacred twerk and vinyasa flow.
