This is not a traditional dance class or a workout class but you will dance and you will break a sweat! It is geared to connect you back to YOU and for you to have fun while pouring some love on yourself, surrounded by other loving women. It is not about being a good dancer, rather it is about being open to the experience and celebrating your body! Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes and grab your journal. We will start with Breathwork, dance and have time for reflection and journaling. See you there!
