As we approach the spring Equinox we offer a workshop that teaches how to create a smudge bundle. We will provide all the materials and instructions and you will leave with a completed smudge bundle!
We begin the workshop by setting our intention. As we create the smudge bundles workshop participants can reinforce the intention they have set. Once the bundles are complete, the workshop finishes with a sound bath.
