Come join us for a mystical night of Cacao, Breathwork and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing! Cacao assists us in further opening our heart space as the Breathwork & Sound Healing allow us to sink even deeper into the knowledge of who we truly are. Our focus for this event will be self love and opening to receive abundance & LOVE from the Universe!

We will start by gathering in circle to set our intentions during Cacao Ceremony. Then, you will be guided in a Pranayama Breathing technique to release anything that no longer serves. Sacred herbs & instruments will assist in this process. Then, we will go on a Shamanic Journey to receive messages from beyond! We will circle back up to share our experience.
