Experience the marriage of the sacred masculine (Shiva) and the sacred feminine (Shakti) within.
Through this union of powerful internal energies, we find connection, healing, and empowerment, in ways that may have been previously inaccessible. This work often creates transformation in a variety of ways, which may include, increased creativity and ability to manifest, healing of unhelpful patterns, and increased self-love and acceptance.
In this workshop we will:
- Learn what the sacred masculine and feminine are.
- How to work with specific aspects of the god and goddess towards the desired outcome.
- Experience guided imagery to connect with your own sacred masculine and feminine energy within, and receive information from your own inner wisdom on what is needed to heal and empower these aspects of yourself.
- Each participant will be given the opportunity to unify these energies within themselves in a meditative state.
-Each participant will be given a complimentary recording of the meditations

-Blankets and bolsters will be provided, however, feel free to bring anything that helps you be comfortable such as, meditation pillow, blankets, eye mask/pillow, for example.
-We will be creating a god and goddess altar; if you are called to bring items for the altar, please do!
-Bring a journal or notebook; you will be connecting with divine consciousness; there's a good likelihood that you may want to write something down.
