Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing

Yoga Nidra is the ancient practice of guided meditation. In this sleep based meditation, you will set intentions and drop into sleeplike brainwaves, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Yoga Nidra helps calm the sympathetic nervous system, the fight or flight response, and activates the Pineal Gland which releases the hormone Melatonin. This hormone supports immune function, blood pressure, and cortisol levels. During this 50 minute long session, you will create a personal intention, be guided through a confidence building meditation, all while receiving sound healing with the Tibetan bowls and tuning forks. 

This is a wonderful class for anyone looking to feel rejuvenated, peaceful and calm. 

For this session please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Yoga Mats and blankets will be provided, but if you prefer to bring your own that is welcome. Additionally, bring any items that may assist in your relaxation. (eye pillow & pillow)
