A one-of-a-kind harp + reiki-infused sound bath experience featuring 3 of the Valley's harpists - Emma (reiki master), Jocelyn, and Dre.

Through the soothing sounds of 3 different harps, Native American flute, koshi bells, and crystal bowls, you will be guided through 60 minutes of ethereal sound frequencies to promote deep relaxation and healing. The magic and powers of sound healing trace back to ancient civilizations and by using the frequencies of their harps and other instruments, you'll release tension and blocks of the chakras that no longer serve you.

This class is perfect for anyone on their spiritual journey whether it be your first sound bath or your 100th.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring water, an eye mask, and anything else that will help you get into deep relaxation. Yoga mats + blankets provided or feel free to bring your own.
