Calling all singers, song-writers, poets, story-tellers, performance artists, and anyone else who desires to share their creativity and self-expression in a sacred space!

Soul Share is an “open mic” experience where we will gather in an intimate space as our ancestors did around the village fire—to hold a sacred container for each soul who wishes to be seen in their creative expression. We will give each performer/sharer our full and undivided attention and we will allow a few moments of silent reflection after each share to allow their expression to touch us as deeply as possible.

This event is for ANYONE who would like to be seen, heard, felt, and encouraged by community in whatever way feels best, as well as any soul who many not like to share, but would like to hold sacred space and bear witness to soulful expression. A special nudge goes out to those souls who may normally be apprehensive to share themselves publicly in this way, yet know deep down it would bring them (and others) great medicine. This experience is definitely for you!

Each performer/sharer will be given a maximum of 12 minutes to share a story, a song or two, a poem or three, or whatever they like during their allotted time, with no requirement to fill the entire 12 minutes. Sign-ups will begin at 5:50 PM. Please arrive early to sign-up if you want to perform as we may have a full list. We will begin performances at 6:15pm. There will be a house guitar as well as several other instruments available. If you want to know more about what will be available, please DM Wayshower (Bryan).

We will be sitting on the floor, so please bring your own mats/pillows/small chair to be comfortable doing so. We will have a few chairs available for those who don’t have their own and may need it.

This is a donation-based event. A $5-$10 suggested donation would be well-received to help pay for the space, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. However, we do ask that everyone who shows up does so with full presence and intention to be part of the sacred container.
