Shamanic journeys remind us of how powerful we are by bringing awareness of the information that is available to us in the spiritual and the physical world when we are open to receive, and we surrender to spirit.

The Cacao ceremony is a personal experience as well, depending on how each individual connects with this plant/ancestral medicine. Cacao helps you to connect with your higher self and open up your heart to release what no longer serves you, manifest and receive what you are ready to receive. This medicine has also been known to connect us with our ancestors and the Great Spirit on a deep personal level.

Each Shamanic journey is different. Expect to meet your journey or animal spirit either for the first time or being guided by it during the Shamanic journey. Expect drumming and visions, depending on each individual.
