Come enjoy a night of restoration, relaxation, and the opportunity to try a sophisticated frequency medicine technology in a group setting! This event consists of 2 parts---Restorative Yoga, and a group AmpCoil Demo session. Restorative yoga gently opens the joints/tissues and settles the nervous system. Pooja created this restorative yoga sequence to counteract "desk job" posture by gently opening the hips and heart. The AmpCoil is a device that delivers sound frequencies deep into the cells via Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields, helping to tune-up the cells of the body so that they function optimally.
