Reiki Infused Guided Imagery Meditation: Meet your Higher Self

Guided imagery provides relaxation and creates opportunity for growth and expansion, while the focused universal life force energy of reiki amplifies intention and energy. Please join Linda Macintyre @innertruthhealingarts as she leads a guided imagery journey to connect to our non-physical yet ever present aspect, our Higher Self. Although this is a group event, each guest will have a unique, personal, and private experience. There will be opportunity for journaling to record your experience afterwards, if desired. Sharing your experience with the group is also optional. Please bring a notebook/journal and pen (if desired), and water (and whatever else you need to feel comfortable). Yoga mats and blankets are provided!
