Find the Light is a 2-hour kids’ yoga and craft workshop that invites students to discover the strength of their own inner light, even in times of darkness. After a themed yoga flow and meditation, kids will create glow jars that will shine each night to remind them of the teachings. This workshop is intended for students in grades 1 - 6. Kids should wear comfortable yoga attire and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats are available for use. Craft supplies are included.
