New Moon Movement & Meditation with Brit

Come connect your body & mind with an hour of full body stretching for grounding, tension release and to promote energy flow accompanied with guided meditation to honor yourself and set intentions for the moon cycle.

Water bottle, a towel and mat are suggested. The class includes standing, seated, and lying positions. You are welcome to bring along a blanket or pillow for additional comfort.
