Join Jennifer for a Valentines Day celebration with a love centered sound bath. Specific sounds and frequencies that correlate to the heart chakra will be used. Rose petals will adorn the floor and rose incense will fill the room adding to the ambient experience. Take time for yourself as you listen to live, meditative sound. She will be using a combination of crystal singing bowls, voice, gong, and drum in addition to other instruments. These different instruments create a mix of tone and frequency which can help signal to our bodies that it is time to deeply relax.
