Hypno & Flow

Yoga is designed to calm your mind,
connect you to your body, and help you
release trapped energy. This practice will
prepare you to rest and receive an even
deeper level of guidance through hypnosis.

Hypnosis bridges the conscious and the
subconscious mind together to assist in
sustainable change from the root. Your
subconscious mind holds all of your
programming and how you view the world.
If you want to change what you see, you
need to change how you think. Hypnosis is
an amazing catalyst to helping you
discover who you are beyond the limits.

Linking these two modalities is a perfect
recipe for building a deep connection with
self and creating powerful change.

What To Expect:

Come As You Are

All levels are welcome and encouraged
here. Bring a pillow and eye mask if
you’d like. Props and mats will be
provided, but feel free to bring your
own if you prefer.
