Fascia Training & Classical Pilates Mat

Fascia Training and Classical Mat at ABUNDANT SPACE from 12-12:50 PM!

We will use small props to assist us with our fascial glides with a focus on proprioception (mind body connection) exercises then dive into the Classical Pilates Mat Repertory!

PIlates Mat is designed to:

*Body weight training
*Strengthen your abdominals

*Stretch and lengthen the front and back body (posture)

*Mobility of hips, arms, shoulders

*Flexibility of spine and legs

*Breath supported movement

*Control & Coordination

*Inversions for detoxification & lymphatic flow

$19 per student Energy Exchange

Space limited to 10 participants

All levels welcome***must be able to get lower yourself to the floor and get up back up to standing
