Next we explore the root chakra. By tuning into your energy body centers and learning how to manage your energetic field you will bring a new awareness of spirit and channel of self love into your life.

During the Second Energy Body Series class in February, we will explore the sacral and solar plexus chakras.

During the Third Energy Body series class we will explore the heart and throat chakras.
