Divine Feminine Flow is a Connection and Empowerment workshop created to hold sacred space for sisters from all walks of life who are ready to unleash their WILD. What does that mean? Many of us have kept ourselves from being fully expressed in our divine human nature for a variety of reasons. Our unique essence within each of us is being activated around these pivotal times. I feel called to share with you all how to strengthen our intuitive abilities and reclaim our sovereignty with simple practices that are profound. It is a process we must devote ourselves to daily to let go of the distortions in our minds, correct imbalances and release blockages in our first three chakras and learn the importance of them through this workshop. We will be tapping into the energies within the many layers of the body that may be inactive/ dormant, suppressed, weak, or blocked for liberation and learn how to use the elements like earth, wind, fire, and water to anchor ourselves back into the most powerful medicine using dance and movement. We will connect with ourselves on a deeper level to cultivate trust and safeness where we can always find our haven within to be in our feminine softness while being unshakeable in our groundedness. Leave feeling so connected with your mind, body, and soul and EMPOWERED to move forth at your soul-desired level.
