Join us as we cultivate deep relaxation and restoration through a sleep based meditation also known as Yoga Nidra (sleep of the sages). Deep rest allows the body’s self healing capabilities to take over as the nervous system shifts from survival mode to repair mode by calming the mind and relaxing the body, releasing stress, tension and mental chatter.
