Do you love to dance? Is your inner child calling out to you for some attention? If yes, this event was designed for you!

Come join me on an expedition, where I will help guide you to connect with your inner child. This will be a playful, interactive ecstatic dance event followed by a sound bath. Where I invite you to be authentically you!

Ecstatic dance is a freeform movement journey. During ecstatic dancing there are no specific steps to follow. The main aspiration is to follow the rhythm in your body, move freely and let the music take you away.

A sound bath is a form of sound healing which is designed to help you relax and let go of stress. Crystal sound bowls will be used during this sound bath which are made of pure crystal quartz and when played they produce a beautiful harmonic tone.

What to expect:

• A safe space to be 100% you

• An opening and closing ceremony to honor our inner child

• Group and individual ecstatic dancing

• A mini sound bath

What to bring:

• A water bottle to stayed hydrated as we will be moving for about 45

• You are welcome to bring a journal to write down any notes you may have during our opening and closing ceremony, but it is not needed.

What to wear? Wear something that makes you feel amazing but that is comfortable and that will allow you to move freely.
