Join us for a chakra balancing guided hypnosis and vocal toning led by hypnotherapist, singer, and artist Samantha Berg. During this event, she will guide the group into hypnosis and through a cleanse and vocal alignment of each chakra. No singing experience required!

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided, and feel free to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable.
