Join us at Abundant Space for a transformative in-person event focused on healing and balancing your solar plexus chakra through the power of sound meditation. You will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, the powerful ocean drum, and more curated instruments specifically for this chakra. During this event, you'll have the opportunity to relax, release stress, and restore harmony to your solar plexus chakra with light journaling and a sound bath. This chakra is associated with self-worth, confidence, identity, and empowerment. By clearing any blockages in this energy center, you can expect to feel more in alignment with your sense of purpose, your self-worth, and your inner power.

This event will take place on Friday, 10/11 from 6-7pm at Abundant Space. We heal from the root up, and this event is created with intention to honor each aspect of ourselves, to release what no longer serves us, and to set intentions for our present lives. Come lay back, relax, and enjoy your sound healing journey.
