Join us at Abundant Space  on Friday, 11/22 from 6-7pm for a transformative in-person event! This event focuses on healing and balancing your third eye through the power of sound meditation. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls. During this event, you'll have the opportunity to relax, release stress, and restore harmony to your third eye. This chakra is associated with intuition, vision, wisdom and imagination. By clearing any blockages in this energy center, you can enhance your overall well-being.

While this is an individual event, it is part of a 7-part chakra balancing series to come in alignment with our highest selves held every other Friday from 9/13-12/6 from 6-7pm at Abundant Space. We heal from the root up, and these sessions are designed to honor each aspect of ourselves, to release what no longer serves us, and to set intentions for our present lives.

Details: Journals, pens, mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided- you only need to bring yourself and some water, and prepare to lay back, relax, and let the sound work its magic!
