Welcome the new and release the old in this curated sound healing session. When our root chakra is balanced, we feel grounded and in trust of the of the world around us. The root chakra represents survival, basic needs, and stability. We heal from the root up, and these sound healing sessions are designed to honor each aspect of ourselves, to release what no longer serves us, and to set intentions for our present lives. Each session begins with light journaling from guided prompts before easing into a curated sound bath. Join in and elevate your inner harmony.

While this is an individual event, it is part of a 7-part chakra balancing series to come in alignment with our highest selves held every other Friday from 9/13/24 to 12/6/24 from 6-7pm at Abundant Space in Scottsdale (address below).
