Anger Release

In this release workshop, you will be guided to understand your relationship with anger. By welcoming the full spectrum of emotions, including anger. We can then begin to stand for our needs and boundaries, unwind the patterns of people pleasing, and get comfortable expressing ourselves authentically.

This workshop is for you if you:

Struggle to feel your anger

Feel stuck in patterns that are not serving you
