Hi my LOVES!

Where to even begin???

At the beginning of Feb, my original "plan" was to pop off on all things content, workshops, sound baths, new clients, etc. And while I've definitely sprinkled some of that into my month, the reality is that the majority of my February was spent redefining, surrendering, and pouring into all things Love. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically, I chased Love HARD. I spent the entire month reflecting on all things Love - what it meant to me, how to invite more of it in, how to spread it in a free and authentic way, how to embody it, etc. And all I have to say, for now hehe, is....WOW. To say there was a shift in both my heart and spirit, would be a massive understatement.

As most of you know, I pick a theme for each sound bath that I do. I think a lot of people were surprised when I didn't pick something along the lines of Love for Valentines day weekend. But the truth is, although I've been deeply intertwined with the spirit of Love all month, it didn't feel right to rush such a sacred theme. With that, I finally feel it's time to lead this special sound bath for you all, and I can't freaking wait.

I don't know about you, but for me, Love really is the center of it all. After all, love guides our actions, shapes our relationships, and infuses meaning into our existence! Love is quite literally, the heartbeat of humanity.

That is why I feel so called to lead this heart centered experience that's all about honoring, celebrating and leaning into, the incredible power of love.

I could write 101 more pages on Love right now, but I'll save the rest for next Tuesday

My intention for this sacred sound bath is to fill the room with all things love. From the second you walk in, to the moment you walk out, and ideally beyond that, my hope is that you FEEL love radiating through your body. Call me an optimist, but I have a feeling that'll be the case for the majority that come.

So until then, I LOVE YOU! And I really, really hope to see you there.
