Join Adrienne and her blue harp, “Siren,” every Saturday morning in May from 10-11 am for a unique Chakra Harp Sound Bath series. Inspired by The 7 Healing Chakras by Brenda Davis and The Chakra Suite by Sarajane Williams, the series will be held at the new Abundant Space in North Scottsdale. Each session will be 60 minutes long and will focus on releasing blocks of 2 chakras per session. We’ll explore the basics of spirituality and sit in intentional relaxation with a harp sound bath.

May 6: Root & Sacral Chakras

May 13: Solar Plexus & Heart Chakras

May 20: Throat & Brow Chakras

May 27: The Crown Chakra & Reflection

Individual sessions are $20 per session or $50 for all 4 sessions. To reserve you spot for the entire series, Venmo $50 to @adrienne-knauer.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and anything that helps you get into a state of deep relaxation :)
