A 90-minute private session designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to your body.
These sessions are a personalized, deep-dive somatic experience combining yoga therapy, intuitive movement, breathwork, sound healing, and hands-on assisted support.
This work goes beyond talking. It creates space to feel, process, and move what has been held in the body.
Emotional release can look different for everyone. You may experience crying, laughter, stillness, breath, or physical sensation as your body begins to open and release.
This is a collaborative and supportive space where you are guided while always remaining in control of your experience.
You will also receive personalized reflection and “soul work” practices to support you between sessions, helping you build self-trust and connection outside of our time together.
While one session can be impactful, this work is most powerful when experienced over time, allowing deeper layers of release, awareness, and healing.
All props will be provided. You are invited to come as you are with an open mind and open heart. If there is anything that helps you feel more grounded or supported (blanket, journal, personal items), you are welcome to bring it.
