Join Alicia & Sara for an all-levels 75 minute Vin to Yin flow. Alicia will lead with a powerful & fun Vinyasa flow, synchronizing breath & movement to warm up the body. Sara will then guide students into a calming Yin practice, inviting the body to soften, open, and settle into stillness. Bring your favorite yoga mat, all other props will be provided.
