Join Jenn for a 90-minute exploration of breath, asana and aromatherapy on May 18th. We’ll begin with time and space to land in your body and energy before moving into a slow flow/restorative fusion class. Throughout class, you’ll be offered essential oils to incorporate into your practice through guided self-massage techniques and consented hands-on assists as an invitation to go deeper inward through the lens of receiving and self-inquiry.
