6:30–6:45 PM — Arrival + gentle stretching

6:45–7:00 PM — Opening circle

7:00–8:15 PM — Ecstatic dance journey

8:15–8:25 PM — Sound healing with crystal bowls

A lounge corner will be available for stretching and rest, along with a collaborative altar, tea offerings, and more.

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic dance is a free-form, conscious movement experience where music leads and the body responds. There are no steps to follow and no way to do it wrong — just space to move, express, release, and connect through rhythm.

No talking in the movement space
