Learn how to regulate your body when you feel stressed, tensed or experience anxiety. The simple but very effective techniques you will learn in this workshop will turn into valuable tools for you to further apply in your day to day life.

After the in-bodied practice, we will transition into a guided meditation and sound bath, designed to further relax your nervous system.
