No prior yoga experience needed!  Enjoy a deliciously relaxing 60-minute class that targets the deep connective tissue and fascia throughout the body.  GREAT for arthritis, stiffness, or tightness.  Yin yoga can also support auto-immune conditions by encouraging circulation in your joints, ligaments, and tendons by allowing muscles to relax as well as heal negative emotions.  A wonderful treat to deeply relax the body and mind.
