This truly unique experience combines ceremonial aspects of spirit-based art making, creative alchemy practice and healing ritual held in community.

The theme is Masks! 🎭
Masks are an ancient global phenomenon and vehicle for storytelling, mythology and making the unseen, seen.

Masks allow for a transmission of abstract feeling, emotion, and energy to be made in physical form.

In this 4 hr journey we will enter into a liminal, guided, imaginative space through elemental ritual, rhythm, breath, movement and vocal expression to draw forth an Ancestral Spirit that seeks to tell a story through our art.

This is intended to be a structured yet experimental approach to accessing an often overlooked and undervalued aspect of human potential in culture - community ritual healing through creativity & art making.

All supplies provided including snacks and a special herbal tea directly themed to our elemental ritual. No previous experience needed!

Let go of left brain thinking, get a lil weird and transform ordinary items, trinkets, found objects & even what some may consider trash, and alchemize them into a treasure to behold, wear as regalia in storytelling of an ancestral spirit, utilize as an oracle for exploratory diviniation and serve as a timeless altar art piece.

You are welcome to bring anything of particular significance for you personally that you would like to include in your mask making such as small talizman, beads, fabric scraps, etc.
