Our ancestors believe there are three states of consciousness. Our waking state, dreaming state and sleeping state. Yoga Nidra is a lying down, eyes closed journey that takes you beneath the mind to a fourth level of consciousness, Turiya. It is here you experience resting awareness - allowing anxiety, tension and fears to melt away.

This specific experience will focus on healing those that dedicate time and energy to healing others. We will reset resting tension in the physical body and clear energetic blockages within the energetic bodies.
