Experience a mind body connection exercise to help support emotional and physical healing, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance overall well-being. Our nervous system has a conscious as well as an unconscious set of functions working to keep us alive and thriving, and the subconscious portion can act as a strong protector that locks into a mode on its own regardless of what our conscious mind is thinking, feeling, and wanting. We will practice connecting to that system and internal energy field to support that part of ourselves in feeling safe enough to allow for releasing of tension and receiving of healing.
