Elemental Sound Journey by Nursology LLC

  Enjoy a relaxing experience of guided meditation, yoga nidra and sound healing incorporating and honoring the elements. Enjoy the sounds of a medicine drum, ocean drum and 7 chakra bowls while sharing in elemental aromatherapy and the option of enhancing the experience through the use of flower essences.

  Each elemental sound healing class will have a unique theme. This classes theme will be of a fire element influence to activate our instincts into action.

Class time: 60-75 minutes
