Tea Talk is a monthly event that has been created intuitively to provide a safe place for women's empowerment, to create sisterhood and inspire each other. You will have the opportunity to walk away with important but practical tools to use everyday, resources, and knowledge to balance your daily activities, step into your power, find answers that are within you and many aha moments through discussion, meditation, while sipping cacao tea. And some surprises :)

You are welcome to dress up (head piece and everything) or dress down (hello yoga pants) Dress comfortable. You are just required to enjoy yourself.

What to bring: Journal, a happy soul, tea cookies to share and water for yourself.
