Theme: Removing Obstacles and Attachments

Generally speaking Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice. It is typically done at the start of the day in the morning, but can be done at any time of day.

I have chosen to design this yoga sadhana practice specifically to help us remove unnecessary obstacles and attachments so that we may manifest what serves our highest greatest good.

When we practice with this intention daily, we see our outward reality start to change in accordance. We shift out of fear and into TRUST. When doors to what do not serve us close, and doors to what serve us open, we accept these changes with ease and grace.

During this class you will be guided through a simple asana sequence, breathwork, mantras and meditation, with the intent that you can take any and all of these practices home with you incorporate into your daily routines.

Energy Exchange: $11 at the door. Please wear comfy clothes and bring water.
