As a duo, Jen and David bring an enthusiastic, dynamic, and foundational approach to their teaching and personal practice. Both Jen and David spent over 200 hours training in Spain with an international team of acrobatic, yoga, and movement specialists. Come and learn the  basic of Acro Yoga with them next week!
