Give yourself the gift of vibrational renewal as Vishuddha Vibe shares with you an evening of musical meditation.

As we explore our devotion of praise and love, we embody the practice of Bhakti Yoga.

Our intention is to provide a space that allows the physical body and mental mind to make subtle shifts on a cellular level for healing to transpire.

Kirtan is a form of call-and-response chanting involving mantras or hymns.

The chanting is carried out alongside instruments, such as cymbals, harmonium or drums.

Kirtan is for all people. There are no masters of kirtan, no experts, no teachers, no advanced students, no beginners. The practice itself is the teacher, guiding us to ourselves. There is no right or wrong way to sing kirtan.

In a group, gathering with many who carry their stories, we come together, our voices finding each other until our focus becomes unified. We lose some of the separation, melt some of the hard boundaries, and call out together. All that matters is the spirit, the feeling. Don’t worry about what you sound like, feel whatever you feel, have no expectations, no inhibitions.

We will also weave in sound healing throughout the night.

Please bring mats, blankets, water, and anything else that will help you to remain comfortable throughout the evening.
