Join Jenna Hedstrom and Sara Sturges, for a creative fusion of art and yoga!  You’ll be guided through a deep dive into each chakra and express the energy centers through art, mantra, mudras, meditation and movement.  Each chakra experience will be painted on a stone to create a beautiful mandala of your own based on your unique expression!

Wear comfy clothes and be ready to express yourself through painting!  Your stone, paint and brushes will be provided.
