Yoga+Skills Group Therapy is for Millennials who:
* Feel anxiety and stress burnout on the daily
* Suffer with physical symptoms like headaches, body aches, and insomnia.
* Are disconnected from their true selves and loved ones.
* Feel run down from their never-ending to-do lists and intense, busy schedules.
Facilitated by Hayley Hansen, MC, LPC, RYT, group therapy will run every Tuesday combining Yoga practice and mindfulness skills training.
