IAM yoga nidra is a yogic sleep based meditation that works through various techniques such as breathing, body awareness, and intention setting to really begin to create a profound healing shift. It works its way down into the deeper brain wave states so that the thinking mind can begin to quiet down to allow for shifts to happen. This will also allow for deep relaxation to occur within the mind and body.
We will begin by warming up the body, followed by a gong bath, ending with a nourishing yoga nidra. Abundant space has mats, blankets, and bolsters, but you’re more than welcome to bring any extra blankets or eye pillows to assure that you are supremely comfortable.
